My unit had a deck that had never been maintained since it was built in the 80's I believe, and Angel and his partners ensured my deck would meet current city codes. They were patient and kind in explaining the project and even provided me an estimate where I had flexibility to choose which pieces of the repairs and construction I can prioritize.
